Returns
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product, as long as the item is not damaged by misuse. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense. If 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. -
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service at [email protected], and we will assist you in the process. -

Non-refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:
- Products are returned to the wrong address (including direct returns to the shipping origin without prior contact).
- Cash on delivery return methods are chosen for the return.
Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, we will send the replacement item after receiving your returned product. Exchange processing time may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund if the returned item is lost in transit.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund appears in your account.
